Commercial HVAC Services
The same engineering-first approach we bring to residential — applied to commercial systems. All commercial work is billed hourly based on scope and complexity.
Note: Our primary focus is residential HVAC design. Commercial services are available for maintenance, emergency service, air balancing, and troubleshooting. We are not currently offering commercial ductwork design. As the company grows, our commercial capabilities will expand.
Hourly Rates
All commercial projects are billed hourly. Rate depends on task complexity, site conditions, and equipment type.
| Complexity | Rate | Typical Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $149/hr | Basic diagnostics, equipment tune-ups, straightforward system assessments, documentation review |
| Intermediate | $175–$225/hr | Multi-system diagnostics, airflow balancing, duct design review, commissioning, controls troubleshooting |
| Advanced | $225–$300/hr | Complex system design, VRF/chiller troubleshooting, multi-zone commissioning, building automation, specialized equipment |
Rate determination: Your rate is based on the complexity of the task, the complication of the site or building, and the sophistication of the equipment involved. We'll provide a rate estimate before any work begins.

How Commercial Projects Work
Call or Text
Describe your situation, building type, and what you need. We'll discuss scope and provide an hourly rate estimate.
Site Visit & Assessment
We come to the site, assess the situation, and begin diagnostics or design work. Hourly billing starts at arrival.
Report & Recommendations
You receive a detailed report with findings, data, photos, and prioritized recommendations. No surprises — just facts.
Execute or Advise
We can execute the work ourselves, oversee your contractor, or hand off the plan for your team to implement. Your choice.
Same Engineering. Bigger Buildings.
The same principles that make our residential work the best in Utah apply to commercial: the ductwork is the racetrack. The equipment is the race car. If the ducts aren't right, the equipment can't perform — no matter how expensive it is.
Commercial systems are more complex — more zones, more equipment, more controls, more stakeholders. That complexity demands engineering, not guesswork. We bring measurement, data, and 20+ years of diagnostic experience to every commercial project.
We're not here to sell you equipment. We're here to tell you what's actually happening with your system and what it takes to fix it.
